If you wish to file a legitimate copyright complaint, your notification must include the following:

    Notice of Copyright Infringement

    Your claim must contain:

    • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a duly authorized agent.

    • A clear identification of the copyrighted material you allege has been infringed.

    • Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient details to help us locate it (including the specific URL).

    • Contact details for the complaining party, such as your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and fax number (if applicable).

    • A statement confirming that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the copyrighted content is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.

    • A statement affirming that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.

    Please be aware that Section 512(f) of the DMCA allows for civil penalties, including costs and attorney’s fees, for any party that knowingly submits false or misleading infringement claims.

    By sending us a notice, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your claim and personal information with the individual or entity accused of infringement.

    Counter-Notification – Request for Restoration

    If your material has been removed due to a copyright claim and you believe this was done in error or due to mistaken identity, you may submit a counter-notice. In compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), your counter-notification must include:

    • Your physical or electronic signature.

    • A description of the material removed and its original location before takedown.

    • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

    • Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number, along with a declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your region. If you reside outside the United States, you must consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where we operate.

    Repeat Infringer Policy

    AllDigitalContents takes copyright compliance very seriously. In alignment with the DMCA, we maintain records of valid infringement notices and actively identify repeat offenders. Users who repeatedly violate our policy may have their access or accounts terminated.
